1. The product
The The 30-Day Content Playbook is a digital playbook: a 30-day posting plan, 30 hook scripts, a bio/CTA profile pack, and a trend-jacking playbook, generated for your niche and preferences. It is delivered as a private web page plus a downloadable file, accessed via a personal token sent to your email.
2. Price and payment
The price is $27 USD, one time. No subscription, no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
3. Delivery
Your playbook is typically generated within 15 minutes of payment. If generation fails, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.
4. Refunds — 7-day redo-or-refund
If your playbook is unusable, email info@mehyar.us within 7 days of purchase and we will regenerate it once, free. If it is still not usable, you receive a full refund.
5. No guarantees
This is a skill playbook, not a promise of results. We make no guarantees of followers, views, virality, or income. Results depend on your execution, consistency, and factors outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
Everything in the playbook is original-content method: hooks, formats, cadence, and trend adaptation you film yourself. You agree not to use the playbook for bots, automation, fake engagement, or anything that violates any platform's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
7. Your access token
Your access token is personal to you. Do not share it publicly. We may revoke tokens used abusively.
8. Intellectual property
The playbook generated for you is yours to use in your own content. The site design, branding, and underlying systems remain our property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid ($27). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
