1. What we collect

When you use the free teaser or purchase the playbook, we collect:

• Contact info: your email address (for deliverable delivery and receipts).
• Intake answers: your niche, on-camera comfort level, and hours per week (used only to generate your playbook).
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical: basic request logs (IP, user agent) for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

Your data is used solely to: generate your teaser and playbook, deliver your purchase, send receipts, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the services required to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy).
• Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure.

We will disclose data if required by law.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for tax and accounting purposes. Teaser intake data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of non-financial records at any time.

5. Your rights

Email info@mehyar.us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. A service worker may cache static assets for offline use.

7. Children

This product is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
